Pooped in for lunch after a lovely walk in the sunshine today.Excellent home made minestrone soup and a large pot of tea.Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.Reasonable prices.

Even though it's wedged in to a tiny space, this place packs a lot in: freshly prepared food (with a focus on a light breakfast & deli, with the best Mexican chicken salad around here by far), local jams and cheeses to buy, RB's cakes (oh man, those cakes.. which you can also order whole or take a slice home to squeeze in later..) quiz and curry nights, regular live music sessions, books to browse and of course, that lovely coffee.. You can happily spend a while in here watching the world drift by through that big window, or join in the fun when the musicians turn up. Highly recommended.
