Could not stay, mattress so thin, like a sandwich.
Better than it used to be but still not up to much
Spent a night and they were very welcoming. Had a problem with locking my door but the second I spoke with someone and informed them they went out of their way to get the issue resolved quickly. I felt very reassured by the way it was delt with and it didnt affect my stay. The staff were friendly helpful and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was very good and I was very impressed with the service and amount I had. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone who stays in the area. Lady night porter was a gem and she went out of her way to help us. 10 of 10 recommendations for all!
Excellent place to stay,,very clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and happy to help, breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked to perfection. I will definitely stay here again.
Quite pleasant, a small room but perfectly functional. Bar area is quite nice. Staff very friendly and breakfast was decent.
