Utterly useless staff. Was told "25mins" and I arrived a half hour later only to have them just putting the food in the oven - this has happened 3 times in a row. People just standing around, ignoring customers, etc. I cannot recommend this place to anyone - go elsewhere.

The people that work here are amazing. Always so kind and welcoming. The food is mad very fast and is very tasty. Highly reccommend ny pie!!
Great subs and salads. I personally find the pizza to be just ok. But, I appear to be in the minority as most people seem to really enjoy it. Overall, I recommend NY Pie and visit here frequently.
Good food, great apple walnut cranberry salad. Lady at register seemed really unhappy and didn't tell me when my food was ready even though she knew I was there and previously asked for it. I think I ended up waiting an extra 5-10 minutes because of the oversight.
