Worst experience weve recieved as a paying customerWere supposed to fit our carpet last thursday afternoon.By mid afternoon we phoned to check and were told theres a delay but fitter will be with us later even if he has to work after 7pm.No fitter showed or call was received.Phoned all friday morning,no one answered.Went in after dinner and was giving a multitude of excuses.were told they would phone us by 3pm.4pm we had to go back to shop to ask why we hadn't had a phone call.long story short I had to load Chris the owners van with our carpet,underlay etc to make sure ours was his next job as he couldnt give us an answer.Took from 5pm until 10pm for him to do half the job?(3hrs gripper and underlay)Had to return to the shop Saturday to ask when the job was being finished.Receptionist/girlfriend who seems a nice lady phoned chris the owner, they had an argument and he hung up on her so she couldn't give me a time or a day just another apology.Later that day an experienced carpet fitter arrived who didn't know were to start putting our carpet right,was baggy and loose in most corners.This guy did a great job finishing off.Also the carpet laid was not the same shade as sample chosen in shop.Still charged full price including fitting for this great experience,cheers
Customer service is none exsistant, take you're money, then you're having to chase them up for fitting, always fob you off, left waiting for phone calls, clearly they don't put customers first as they say they do

My wife and I have just had a new bathroom fitted and decided to use our local guy, Carpet Chris, to fit a new cushion floor.
