Dr. Girschek and staff are welcoming and cheerful. Their work is excellent, equipment up to date and a clean environment. I gave 4 stars because they charged me for the services that were covered by my insurance. I am still waiting (5 weeks and ticking) to be reimbursed.

From extraction, to fillings, to crowns and root canals... wonderful experience. Comfortable atmosphere, and the staff relieved much of my anxiety from going to the dentist. Gentle Dental helped me walk through my fear.
I have not been to this location, as they do not accept MassHealth. I called and spoke to Holly, who went above and beyond to answer my questions and give me some options. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
I have been to this location twice and am very pleased. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I was instantly at ease. I have been going to the same dentist my whole life until recently, so I was apprehensive to go somewhere new. I will definitely be coming back for regular check ups, cleanings, and anything else I need.
