Today was a very frustrating experience at a dentistry office which I once trusted very much. According to NK Family Dentistry's text message system, I had an appointment at 9:00 AM this morning. I arrived at 8:50 AM, and attempted to open the door but found it to be locked. I knocked twice then sat down opposite the door. Two other patients arrived shortly after 9:00 AM, both also trying the door to no avail. I waited patiently until 9:22 AM at which point I had to leave. The entire time since arriving I was able to hear conversations and giggling from the back of the office. At this point, another dentist arrived and said the door shouldn't be locked and manually unlocked it using a key. I was already delayed 1/3 of an hour and simply couldn't wait for your team to come complete check-in. This is especially troubling as there was no receptionist checking as to why 3 appointments were 30 minutes late.I called to receive a non-answer as to why the door was locked. The receptionist was not helpful and I lost my patience and hung up.My wife later called against my wishes at which point she was informed my appointment was actually the 24th, which is incorrect. I had 2 appointments scheduled. The receptionist then claimed the door was open, which is clearly a lie as a key was necessary. No responsibility was taken for this. She also reported that I yelled at her and was rude, which simply isn't true. I didn't yell, I was stern and clear that I was done with excuses and made that clear.Attached you will find 2 screenshots of confirmation texts from your office. This is really poor communication and extremely unprofessional.
I started going to NK family dentistry because it was close to where I live. I have a boatload of issues with my teeth and I can honestly say my teeth and gums have never been healthier. I was very insecure about my smile, Dr. Boudreau made me feel really comfortable and I really enjoy having her as my dentist. I now go every 3 months for cleanings after not going to the dentist for years. The hygienist Robin is amazing! She does my cleanings, she has the best energy and I really enjoy being her patient. I highly recommend going here if youre looking for a new dentist! They have state of the art equipment, its super clean and Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes before I am seen.
I started coming here when I lived down the street because it was close. Years later now and I live some distance away, I continue to come because of the friendly and skill attention.
Every visit is a pleasure. Friendly, Professional, Efficient. Never had a single complaint.
I searched for all of about 5 minutes online for a local dentist and found one less than a mile from where I work and noticed that the reviews were spectacular. I called and had an appointment scheduled in just a few minutes with all my insurance info taken care of already. I showed up the next day and was instantly greeted with a handshake and met what I assume was every member of the staff on hand. Everyone was kind and informative and had a smile on, it was an overall pleasant experience which isn't typical for dental work. The doctor was more than helpful and I couldn't be more surprised with my experience here.
