Everything was superb, glad they served prime cuts of meat, other steakhouses serve choice with the prime prices. Can't wait to go back to Ruth's Chris! Top notch!

BEWARE! Worst service ever. The waitress seemed annoyed that we weren't ready to order. Then when payment time came she said "for future reference, you need to tell me in advance you want to pay separately". I understand this is a nuance but not when you're paying $100 per person for dinner. Decent food is not worth horrible service. Will not come back. Ever.
We decided to go to Ruth's Chris for the start of our new year's festivities. There was a high volume and you could see the stress on the staff. Even so, the place was awesome! I give the service an understandable 3 stars but the awesome lobster tails and rib eye easily made me give them 5 stars tonight. I was told that Ruth's Chris was the best steak house in the country and now I see why. The steak was soooooo flavorful and cooked perfectly. Their butternut squash soup was absolutely delicious! Of course I recommend this place for a special night out.
Great service, but the food was just OK. For 100 to $150 per person, it was very disappointing.The restaurant has no parking. It is valet and pray. My Chilean sea bass had a nice glaze but it was not fresh. I would have sent it back, but for the inconvenience to the other diner.I can get a better steak at Costco for 10 bucks. Steaks range from 40 to $120. I've had much better. Expect to pay an additional 10 to $15 for each side dish and drink. Making the $40 cheapest entrey a 60 or $70 plate. A dollars worth of lobster bisque from Costco, has more lobster and is creamier and more flavorful than the steakhouse $15 lobster bisque barely coating the bottom of a bowl. The menu is extremely limited. If you like being treated like a VIP, you might like this restaurant. If you want a great meal at a reasonable price, there are lots of better options.
