Disappointed with this Waltham team. Took both my kids there 18 months ago - was promised great results. Complete waste of a lot of money and time. The dentist has to be pushed hard to get anywhere - else this team will spend all of your time and money in meaningless breathing exercises and cheap plastic retainers for months. 18 months later I remain a dissatisfied parent. He has not seen my son in months, and my daughter's issue remains unresolved. Now they are pushing for phase 2. Zero confidence in this team. UPDATE #1- The team did not address my dissatisfaction with the outcomes. My son has not been attended to for nearly 5-6 months now. We ended my daughter's treatment due to poor results and to go elsewhere. The only results were when I pushed to doctor hard for upper braces which he very reluctantly agreed to in the final 6 months for my daughter. Separately, the office front desk and accounting systems are a complete mess too - every month in the past 2 years, they have had issues with billings and insurance...now they have bought up billing issues from 2 years ago. This drama does not end !!!!
Very kind, diligent staff, my daughter doesn't mind going for check ups. They encourage her to take better care of her teeth while she has braces
We have been with this office about a year now for orthodontics work and happy with the service there. My son is about halfway through wearing his braces and he likes going there too. The hours and location are also more convenient than other local offices we had checked out for orthodontics.
Love love love this place. Dr Chen is wonderful and so fun. All of the staff is warm and friendly and always remember my name. Highly highly recommended for all ages :)

Dr. Chen has great hands, and his insight and deep experience are helpful reassurance during this long process. Dr. Chen's office coordinates well with my periodontist/implant specialist and dentist. Price and payment terms seem quite reasonable. Convenient locations and times. Great people and processes throughout.
